Add-on package
If you run out of the Chat Credits or Resource points included in your Pro plan and need more, you can purchase additional credits through add-on packages- Add-on packages are only available to Pro subscribers
- Each add-on package is valid for one year from the purchase date
- Repeat purchases are allowed.
- Usage rules vary by package type:
- Chat Credit add-on packages can only be used when your Pro subscription is active
- Resource Point add-on packages can be used regardless of your subscription status after purchase

You need to pay the price difference between the annual plan and the monthly plan. The credit reset cycle will be adjusted to the date of the upgrade, and the billing cycle will change from “monthly” to “annual”. The next payment date will be one year after the upgrade, at the annual plan price.Example: If you subscribed to the $25 monthly plan on October 1, 2025, and upgrade to the $264 annual plan on October 20, you need to pay a $239 price difference. Credits will be reset and on the 20th of each month, and the next renewal date will be October 20, 2026.
